My complaint:
As of 51820 began work with FOCUS WorkforceAmerican Eagle Outfitters in Ottawa KS, 66067. Noticed on first pay of 52920 can not get CASH Withdraw. Talked with FOCUS management within days and no answer, just gave me another debit card which did not work either. I’ve called both phone numbers 1-888-727-4314 1-877-380-0380. Noticed the date range of transaction does not work of the dates I asked for, can not talk with a representative or do not see a online register for the website, so I could see what transactions have occur on my rapid pay debit card.
Suggested solution:
Hopefully, be able to unblock the cash withdraw.
