My complaint:

Go bankgreen dot corporations bank has locked my account for the past 2 months already. They asked me to verify my account informations which I have already done. I’ve sent in my photo id, even my employer has ed myself by sending an indemnity letter they asked for with proof of direct deposit. The last number with extension number that was given to me so I can call them back at is invalid after that indemnity letter was sent to them. There is no possible way to reach these people. I cannot even get pass through their automated system because my d.o.b is incorrect which is how this whole thing started. After going through all the verification steps from my end, its been a DEAD END. You can only sue these people to get their attention
