Green Dot Bank complaint: Closed account without notification

My complaint:

RushCard closed my account without my notification and my direct deposit was in that account and then they have told me that I have to wait 5 to 7 days to receive my money and I have bills that were coming out of my account that day

Suggested solution:

They are very unprofessional because you cannot speak to a live person you can only live chat with a person

3 years ago - I do not recommend rush card to anyone they jave lost a loyal customer of 10 years
