My complaint:
So I get direct deposit every two weeks and received a business loan they wait til I spend $5,000 then block my account talking about fraud when I sent them all my documents saying that it’s my loan that I have to pay back and my direct deposit from my job I’ve been hung up on and given the run around now no one will let me know what’s going on with my money this is the only account I have and all my funds go thru this card they are crooks and thief’s and it’s sad that I can’t even feed my children smh
Suggested solution:
Unblock my card and release my funds. Then shut down cause they suck and are theifs
