My complaint:
Who can I talk to about helping me file against greendot? They have been holding my money since April 5th! $2500.00 bucks.
I made an account with them thinking it was a bank account so I transferred money over to them. The moment I found out it was a business account I kept trying to get my money back. So Money by quickbooks sent my money to greendot and closed that account out for me… Ever since greendot has been giving me the run around transferring me back and fourth to departmenslts.. hanging up on me etc. This is bull shit! Im a single mom and don’t deserve to be treated this way! Now there telling me I have to go to my bank and dispute the charge in order to get my money!! I don’t have a back account anymore all because of this crap!!! They dropped me.
Iv had 8 cards sent from greendot and everytime I tried to activate the cards to finally get my money I couldn’t because they had my bday wrong each time!! The bday on my end has been perfect but not there’s !! So I’m locked from my account because of greendots mistake!!! Iv had it dude ! I no every phone call iv had with them has been recorded. And the things they have made me pay from my pocket making me think I was gonna be able to access my funds or the things they have said .. it’s bull shit!! So here I am reaching out.. needing someone to please help me. I have called everyday since April 5th!
