Green Dot Bank complaint: Holding my money

My complaint:

I have my account and routing number for my greendot bank account. They will not do a wire transfer without the attached card number. Card costs me $15. I have my address social security number birthday and any other information they would need for proof that it’s me but they didn’t ask any of that and said I needed to get a card. I’m not using their bank as it appears they can just hold my money as long as they want if my card ever gets lost or stolen.

Suggested solution:

Do the damn wire transfer. I have everything they need except the card number. All I need for wire transfers is bank routing number name of bank the name on the account address of bank and a bank account number I don't need a fucking card
