My complaint:
My stimulus check came Dec 30 2020 I go to check my balance my card is blocked. It gives me a link to submit my do. Well no matter what or how I took the picture it kept saying that my picture wasn’t legible. Then it said that it was uploaded twice then I get an email saying that it wasn’t legible and kept trying. Then I go to log in to my account it says that it is closed. I stayed on the phone for four hours on hold transferred once and then got a horrible reception from the second agent then hung up on. Go to log in says my account is closed and that I will never be able to open a greendot account again my deposit was $1800.00
Suggested solution:
Send me money ASAP I have to pay rent and take care of my kids. They should send the money to one of my other cards or western union asap
