My complaint:
Last year in april i had a green dot account..i closed that account…i got a email notification from green dot dec30th saying i had a deposit from irs beeing deposited mon jan 4…for 600..stimulus..i checked with irs.get my payment and it showed 600 had been deposited to the account with green dot on jan 4th…so i have called several times to talk with customer service at green dot and i cant talk to anyone unless i know the card r ac ount number…i closed this acct in april 2020..only info i still know is the last 4 numbers of the card my deposit was put on from irs..ive left several emails to green dot no replies..so i cant get any one to answer me on where my money is..i need my money..i dont understand how money can be deposited on a account that was suppose to been closed in april 2020
