My complaint:

I’ve been calling everyday and still nothing! I was on hold for 2 hours and 33 secs! This is crazy! I don’t know what happened to my money after getting just a replacement card and sometimes after being on hold for so long, it’ll just hang up on me!! I can’t login because I forgot my username and in order to obtain that information I’m gonna need the card number which is lost

Suggested solution:

As soon as I speak to someone I'd like to resolve the issue about how I'm supposed to get my money that's on my other account.
