My complaint:
I went to cvs and put 130.00 on a green dot debit visa card when i went to paid the cabel the card was declined for some reason the money didn’t go through i went to cvs they said there no refund i have to get hold of someone at the green dot company i have my Receipt that i paid i need you help

By giving my money back or put the money on the card
