My complaint:
On Oct 20,2020 I applied for a card and had my stimulus payment direct deposit to the account ending in (8173), I was told I would receive a card within days, but the card never arrived, my stimulus payment was deposited into the account ending with (8173) according to the IRS on Nov 12,2020.I had to reorder a new card on Dec 8,2020 and activated on Dec 15,2020.card ending in (7554), my 2nd stimulus payment was deposited into my account on Jan 4,2021 which I received, now there’s no transaction visible for the 1st stimulus payment to the card ending in (7554) because I didn’t have this card when the 1st payment was made so there is no transaction for this, I still haven’t received my 1st stimulus payment of$1,200 where’s my Funds?
