My complaint:
I’ve been told 2; different dates on when my card will arrive one was 1225 and of course I know mail want run on Xmas but they assured me my card will arrive on 1228 and here it is 1229 and no card it would not be a problem but they havey paycheck tied up and I need my money and it would not b a problem if they would help me transfer my money to another account but they want
Suggested solution:
Make it able to transfer money in situations like this if cardholder gives permission
