My complaint:

I had a dispute with greendot (took me 30 minutes to talk to representative) and they sent me a new card. I realized I couldn’t open my green dot app which I use to check my balance, transactions and etc they had a message on the app that said “your dispute has been completed allow one business day” since that message was on the app I couldn’t access the app. That message was the app for more than 6 days and I can’t even USE my greendot account. I called their customer service number and they had me wait for a representative for more than 40 minutes at first once I finally spoke to a rep she transferred me to the dispute team which i had to wait an additional 20 minutes for and once I got to speak to that rep she told i was in the wrong department and told me she will transfer me to the right department to find out she transferred me right back to square one which was the robot i first spoke to and i had to do the steps all over again. Also mind you during these times I was hung up on TWICE. Also they said they sent a letter which it has been more than a week and no letter has came. The card came before any letter and also they say you can access live chat on the website no sign of any live chat. I have to wait so long just to speak to one person which is beyond me. They had gave me a headache and had me beyond angry and they are confusing and everything is just a big OL MESS.

Suggested solution:

Give me a giftcard or something. I never had to deal with anything like this before with ANYTHING. by far worst service ever. They don’t care about their customers at all.
