Green Dot Bank complaint: i bought a card and loaded 50 dollars on it and when I went to use it it said I didn’t have funds on the card

My complaint:

I bought a card from CVS and loaded 50 dollar’s on it at the store when I went to use the card it stated that I did not have any funds on the card .

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back put it on my card do the right thing
