My complaint:

6620 I had 60$ sent to me. Accidentally cash apped it to an old green dot card I havent used in about a year or more… when I went to get my money instead of the 10 monthly fee missing it was 20$ I called the 800 number and keep being told I have a -19 balance how is that possible.. on a prepaid card. They’re billing me for a month I didn’t use my card.and that’s robbery how come I owe 20$ at the rate of 10$ a month for two months. Instead of owing them for every month I didn’t use it… I need my money back on my card… and I would like to be done with that company forever I cant afford to give money away and get nothing in return… that’s just not how it works please help me when asked to speak to a supervisor that speaks english I’m placed on hold twice for 10 minutes for the same person to return and say their busy…

Suggested solution:

Return half of my money. I've never had them remove 20$ at 1 time when loading my money.. I would never use a this company again green dot is a rip off
