My complaint:

I have contacted Green dot since April about my disputes and no help at all customer service over the phone no contact can’t speak to anyone email or online I’m very frustrated and livid I spent money and this company is supposed to protect me and my money that’s on this card b law they are supposed to get my money back if the company his refuse to resolve my issue and if I have returned merchandise and they have not refunded me this is ridiculous this is not a company this is a joke and that’s why people are forming lawsuits class action suits it’s not a game
