Green Dot Bank complaint: Has been holding my money

My complaint:

Apparently i had a check that they thought wasnfraud so they closed my account without any notification so have a Chime account the i get my money in every month and i like to pay my bills through green Dot card. So i transferred $984.00 in green dot. Well my account is locked so can’t get any money out. After waiting three and four hours on phone i found out no one knew what to do tell week and they said I needed to to have an indemnity letter from my chime account saying that I gave permission to have my money transferred back to my account so I’ve done this and I’m still waiting for my money so I am saying that please do not use Green Dot their customer service is not trained properly

Suggested solution:

Get my money out of green dot into my chime account asap.
