My complaint:
Has a SBL direct deposit to my account. I called ahead of time to verify if this could be done and if anything was needed from me. I was told that it can be deposited and nothing was needed. The deposit was made. A week later it was blocked. I was asked to send in verification which I did. More then what was requested. I was then asked to provide proof of the deposit from the loan. I explained that I did this online the money was directly put in and I received nothing from the loan company and I am unable to get it. Spoke to Paul a supervisor in the fraud unit and explained this to him. This money is needed to help me recover from the Corvid 19 pandemic and pay my debtors and employees. He stated that he would have this over ride and that he just needs a copy of my ID. Which I did. I called the next day when I did not receive any email that my documents were received. Spoke to a Mark supervisor in the fraud unit, he stated he has the ID and sees Paul note on the loan and that my account will be unlocked by days end. The next day my account is still blocked
I called again and spoke to Jeff, the rudest person I have ever spoke with. He states that the account will not be unlocked with the loan document. I told him I was told by two separate supervisors that this issue was explained and I was told it would be unlocked. He refused to listen to anything I said. Made me feel like I was a lier and a criminal. I have over 25k that I am unable to get too and will go belly up because without this money that I was granted to help with the Corvid 19 pandemic and the stress it has but on my business I Will loose everything.
Suggested solution:
Hold true to their word of two supervisors and unlock my account. Several very good people will lose their jobs because of this.
