My complaint:
I’m writing on behalf of myself and spouse. We went and got 3 greendot gold colored gift cards; put $500 on each of them for our 3 children for school clothes and supplies as gifts for each of them!!!!! So p the f off because we have been complaining for the last month about these stupid POS cards that will not even work and when we were able to talk to customer service they said we had to upload an ID associated with the stupid POS cards and we did STILL DOES NOT WORK AND KEEPS SAYING THERE’S SOME KIND OF ISSUE!?!?!??! CUSTOMER SERVICE KEEPS SAYING THE SAME STUPID S OVER AND OVER!!!! SO ARE YOU JUST ALOUD TO KEEP OUR MONEY?????????? WE ARE OUT OF $1600 THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR OUR CHILDREN!!!! AS OF RIGHT NOW YOUR COMPANY LOOKS TO BE CROOKS AND STEEL FROM CHILDREN!!!!! Also YOUR COMPANY IS STILL CHARGING A MONTHLY FEE ON CARDS WE CAN NOT EVEN USE!!!! WHAT THE F!?!??¿

GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK!!!! YOU HAVE LOST 2 CUSTOMERS WITH GREENDOT AND IM REPORTING TO BETTER BUSINESS BURROW AND TELLING EVERY PERSON I COME ACROSS ABOUT THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
