I have been waiting for over a month for greendot to process a refund of 69$ that was left on my account. They have been giving me the run around, I have ran into several disrespectful representatives. I have been with greendot for 3 years, receiving a direct deposit monthly faithfully. I am not happy at how easily my Monies were stolen from my account, and the information was changed on the account. This situation has taken place July 25, 2020. And I shut down my account and made complaints on
Aug 5, 2020. No action was taken place even though upon sending my Identification card and social security card. I was told that this info was invalid. I was told to resubmit all my information to greendot and that I would have to wait another 2 weeks before I receive my 69$ in the mail. I thought this to be very unprofessional on their behalf and that they should be sure the customers is satisfied first before going forth with any other actions.
