My complaint:
Never received a card in mail our card was lost and it had $500 on it we called customer service and they sent out another card we waited two weeks it never came so we called customer service again and they said they sent another card out waited another two weeks and now over a month later we do not have a card and my 500 is missing. We called again and they assured us that it was sent out so I need my $500
Suggested solution:
Reimbursed me for the 500 that is missing it is not my fault that the card was sent out twice and did not make it here
