My complaint:
My daughter bought a prepaid card at dollar general store on by 25 in Carthage Tn for the amount of 183.and change. She gave it to me to pay a internet bill because her son has to have it to get his homework with high speed internet. My husband and I didn’t want our bank account num given to them for personal reasons. So O tried to rreg over and over with it saying can’t reg. Wait 30 mins then Wait one hour. She tried to reg on her phone with no luck. O went to Dollar Store and they said they could not refund it. So I tried calling the number a lot of times never could get through to the co. Tried putting my everything no response. Then somehow it allowed her to make two small transaction the people at xoller general says the cards not reg to us. My name is Vickie Meadows my address is 109 Jordan St Carthage Tn 37030 tel number 615 489 0778the last digits are 1318 I can’t see well O tried to put in info can’t get into account on the card. Now our money is tied up. Would like a refund please. Call and send it to the address above. I contacted the police and told them about this. Should I contact a lawyer? The money is locked somehow or someone took it.Now the co has my as num and sending me a card to transfer money not even the card we bought. Its crazy.
