My complaint:
My son transferred me a total of $800 DOLLARS FROM HIS ACCOUNT TO MINE , THE AMOUNT WAS THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS, THE SECOND ONE WAS FOR $500. THE FIRST AMOUNT OF $300 I GOT TO PULL OUT $260 DOLLARS WITH NO PROBLEMS, THE2ND TRANSACTIONS I TRIED TO PULL OUT IS WHEN I FOUND OUT GREENDOT LOCKED MY CARD. WHEN I CALL THE 1800 THEY SAID IT WILL REMAIN LOCKED UNTILL I VERIFIED WHO I WAS. SO WHEN I WENT TO THE LINK THEY GAVE ME TO VERIFY MY ID FRONT AND BACK OF ID AS THEY ASKED ME TO DO ALONG WITH WITH THE case 73065408. I GET BACK RECIPIENT’S SERVER DID NOT ACCEPT MY REQUEST. THAT SOUNDS LIKE THEY INTENDED TO TRY TO TAKE MY MONEY AND ALSO MY SON TOO BECAUSE THEY LOCKED HIS AS WELL. THEY WHERE SO QUICK TO APPROVE U WHEN U APPLY 4 A PREPAID CARD THAT U PUT UR MONEY ON AND TRUST THAT IT WILL BE IN GOOD HANDS BUT THEY ARE THE ONE WHO STEALING FROM THE CARD HOLDERS, WHY THE FUCK THEY DON’T ASK EVERYONE FROM JUMP TO VERIFY FIRST BEFORE THEY SEND OUT THE CARDS??? BECAUSE THEIR SMART AND THEY ROB U WHEN U ATLEAST EXPECT IT AND THAT HOW THEY HAVE QUICKLY BECAME A BANK SO FAST BECAUSE THERE GOOD WITH BLOCKING CARD, AND GIVING OUTBULLSHITING LINKS. NOT COOL PEOPLE.
Suggested solution:
Giving my money back, unlocking my fucking card and allowing me to call them if I assume that I'm not who I am due to suspicious activity to my card, don't shut my card down for me Getty money out too many times, a real business normally place a phone call allowing you to say yes or no that was or was not me who made the transactions before they totally lock a card up but not them because their thieves and the pray that u don't have identification so they can use that as an accused to not give u ur money back. Thats they get rich by stealing from their customers right to their face. But I'm going to NBC news about them if dont.....
