My complaint:

I made a purchase of 27.00 on intuit card. When the transaction posted if was for 106.00. I have the receipt of original purchase but they still have to investigate. Merchant said that’s the amount charged greendot said no so im out 80.00 because they stole the rest. Ill take my business somewhere else.

Suggested solution:

I have proof of sale so they should credit the account not investigate. Why would you need to proof is there
