My complaint:

My account was hacked and I was never notified that usual activity was being done on my account. I never use my card for purchases. If they look at my history they should have known that something unnormal happening.
But they blame me for the transactions and canceled my account. The transactions can only be heard on the phone they do not show on my website. So I know that this was not my transactions. the customer services will not help in anyway. The customer service number does not work at all. When I decided to use the card. I sent 3785 to the card to find out that it was cancel and I was not notified at all. Now I have no idea where my funds are and no one will tell me about my transaction. Why would I send money to a card that I knew was canceled and blocked. This is a pandemic and I use my account to process clients payments for medical reason. I use this to help with my income. Times are hard and I need all my accounts open. So as you can see I never use my card for purchases. I only withdraw my clients payment for medical purchases.

Suggested solution:

They should restore my account. I will send them the card that was affected and they should send me a new card or cards. I want my funds restored to my account. I want to continue my business. This is affecting my income doing this pandemic. I guess this is why these crooks were trying to steal funds. I never leave money any card for this reason. I need my account restored. I did nothing wrong . It should never been canceled.

3 years ago - Resolve my account as soon as possible. I did nothing wrong. Restore my account and my funds.
