My complaint:

this is regarding the intuit turbo tax card that I’ve never received and I’ve called the turbo tax card customer service line everyday and for the last month and two weeks the automated system keeps saying they’re making my turbo tax card and when its mailed i should receive it in 7 business days. the first problem is I opted for the three day delivery option. and I still have not received it yet. now i understand with what’s going on (the covid-19 pandemic) things might be processing a lil slower than usual but also due to this pandemic i am out of work and really need access to the money that is mine that is on my turbo tax card to help my family get thru a little better during this time of crisis.

Suggested solution:

green dot needs to rush my turbo tax card as soon as possible. or let me know how i can transfer the money that is on my turbo tax card to another account. and this needs to be done expeditiously! it is my money and I truly need it now pls.and thank you!
