My complaint:
I got this card as a gift from a friend. I needed to activate it to use my money ($20). I never knew I was going to get charged with a monthly fee of ($7.95). I tried every possible way to cancel my card but all the customer support is not available. I never used up any of the money. Now it’s at (-$3.85) I want my money back this is crazy. This bank needs to be shut down. Many people are also complaining about this issue.
Suggested solution:
I want my card to be closed and I would like my money back. I never knew this would happen, if I did know then I would have never activated it. If you can close my account and give me my money back it would mean so much since I was trying to closed it for months.
