My complaint:
I call and check on my dispute at green dot bank they tell me they are investigating and they keep continueing the investigation. If I would have sent in a dispute letter in 10days they would’ve given me a credit but they told my it wasn’t necessary so I didn’t get it I need my money
Suggested solution:
Given me the information to get the credit. And I wouldn't be without money while I wait
