My complaint:
I had my unemployment sent to green dot, I found out someone had my information, then green dot told me that my money got transferred to the vault, so I closed my account. I had to email a picture of my identification,and I was told that corporate office will be calling me before they send me a paper check. It has been two weeks since and no call from corporate office. Every time I call customer service they tell me that corporate office has called me and I didn’t answer the phone, all lies, I have Bill’s to pay and green dot is trying to keep my money. I posted my complaint on complain.biz
