My complaint:

Ihad a relative pass away in Sept of 2019. On March 12,2020 I sent all of the necessary paperwork off to green dot, and it was received on 3162020. I cannot get anyone to call me back, or get a direct number to call someone. He has been dead for a year, and money is still coming out of his account for a cell phone.
