My complaint:
My card was working. I apply for person loan $10,000 when my money drop in my account green dot block the card for verification. They ask me to email a copy of my ID and where the money came from I did with no problems. Green dot said and also they policy said it take 2 business days for the process. It’s now been 7 days and my card are still block. Remind you I have to pay this money back. Everytime I call representing say there no available supervisor and I have to wait 2 days for my card get unblock. I ask the representing For his name he wouldn’t give it to me. I ask him over 20 times his name he kept responding I can’t here you or yes I’m still here on the phone… so that mean you hear me asking for your name and ID number after I A knowledge him that this phone call or begin recorded for my lawyer he then said my name is Patrick ID number 473423. I should have done my research first on this company. Green Dot is a Fraudulent company. They have a lot of Complaints and lawsuits filed against them
