My complaint:
When I signed up, they were offering 3% cash back on online purchases. The app has always shown the percentage I earned on each purchase and kept a clear record of that, as well as the total saved through the year.
Now Greendot just recently started offering 2% cash back to new sign-ups and my cashback record disappeared. It only shows the total but doesn’t show the percentage I earn per purchase now. It just says you earned cash back on your purchase. Not your purchase of X Amount earned you X amount in cash back like it used to.
I’m pretty sure they switched all 3% customers to 2% without telling them. My total should have gone up to a certain amount with a recent purchase and it didn’t. I’m not earning as much as I did and I can’t prove it now.
Suggested solution:
Show a clear record of our earnings and percentages on our transactions like you did. Otherwise I'm going to think you're Scamming your 3% customers.
This isn't how a reputable company does business. This sounds like a scam now.
