My complaint:
Well I put $11,900 and a Green Dot Bank visa I used it one time and got $100 out and they blocked me then they have me to send my license in and they said it did not pass their verification text me back me back and told me I need another form of verification or state ID which I do not have no other kind of state ID they’re refusing to give me my refund I have $11,800
Suggested solution:
They can either let me use the card to get my money back are send me a refund in 14 days like the internet says
