My complaint:
Green Dot Bank refuses to take the block off my card every time I call they tell me the same thing that my account is being uder review and there’s a two-day waiting it’s been seven days today since I received my loan and still nothing has been done to fix this problem I’ve provided them with my ID and documentation of my loan and greendot still l refuses to take the block off my card or let me speak to a supervisor it’s my money and if I have to make lagal actions then I will if they don’t resolve this problem I have submitted a this complaint with complain.biz
