My complaint:

I checked my account as I always do and noticed their was $95 dollars missing from my account. I logged into the Greendot app and their it was a pending transaction out of California to a Vital Energy Strength. I was perplexed because the money was already gone out my account hut it stated pending. I contacted customer support and the representative stated because the money was gone it was not anything they could do. She offered me another card but that was it.
