My complaint:

Yes I called my green dot card customer service to let them no if a pending charge that I never maid,I explained to customer service wat the problem was and if they could stop payment to this company,but was told that they could not put a stop or hold on it ,I don’t understand I get my paychecks with green dot and almost every month I am missing money from my card and nothing has been done about it,I think I’m just going to report them to better business bureau.

Suggested solution:

They could have looked it up and stoped pending payment,so I could have paid my bills in full and I wouldn't be behind in my rent, now I have to pay extra for late fees.
