My complaint:
I used greendot for a few months, in that time frame I used the cash back program rewards i earned up tp $120 in rewards, I stopped using the card becaaue it charges $5 ro add money and $7.99 a month to keep money on my account. I was told i would get my rewards in September of 2020. There are 3 months of the $7.99 fee on my account totaling in 31.80. They are now denying me my rewards until i pay off the balance. They wont even use mu rewards money that I earned using this stupid card!!!
Suggested solution:
Use my rewards to get your outrageous monthly charges and give me my rewards!!
