My complaint:
My paycheck goes on my Green Dot card every 2 weeks. September 30 my paycheck was deposited and immediately someone took$107.64 off my card. All it said was online empir. I have no auto payment or have a clue where my money went. I filed a dispute and they sent me a letter saying it was resolved so the case was closed.
I called them and they told me I could appeal but if I didn’t have anymore proof that it would end up the same out come. They can’t even tell me who took the money off my card.
Suggested solution:
I believe they should reimburse me my money because I gave no permission for anyone to take money off my card.
