My complaint:
I was texted saying someone was trying to spend 500$ in a Walmart super store in Miami Florida when I was at work in Lancaster Pennsylvania and was asked if I was trying to make that purchase. I text back no and call them. I explain to the woman that answered and was told my account was on a hold so I asked if I can pull the LAST of my money out so I can pay my bills by today, she said yes and lifted the restrictions off, only to get out of work and find out someone left 3$ in my account… Mind you, this is the SECOND time this has happened. I filed a dispute the last time for a 100$ purchase only to hear they couldn’t do anything and was out 100$ And during this Covid-19 situation being robbed for the last bit of money I have for me and my children is DEPRESSING!
Suggested solution:
They should refund me my money from BOTH of my disputes! I have NEVER gone to the extent of filing a complaint nor taken it THIS far but things are out of hand and this is ROBBERY!
