My complaint:
I’ve been very active on my greendot account using it to send and receive funds also receiving direct deposits and also I recently filed for my tax refund with my greendot account informations
I’m very disappointed to get to see my account was closed for no reasons, no emails on why they closed my account and I’m sure my card hasn’t expired
Why would you just close an active account without a reason.
Suggested solution:
Please I want my greendot account back kindly reopen my greendot account pls I have filed for my tax refund with it and also I have been expecting my payments pls.
