Green Dot Bank complaint: I was promised my money within 10 business days and they lied

My complaint:

On May 16 I noticed that my acct was completely overdrawn…I then noticed a transaction I didn’t do of a withdrawal of $168 into a Yahoo.com email address…I didn’t do it so I immediately contacted Green Dot who opened a dispute…after hanging up I received an email stating I would receive a credit within 10 business days, if the investigation was finished or not….it is now 2 weeks past those 10 days and still nothing…the supervisors keep promising me an email or call back within 24 hours…I’ve had this told to me for the past week by numerous supervisors telling me it will happen, and it hasn’t….I also haven’t received a replacement card which they refuse to send me. I have been told TODAY, WEEKS LATER, to send a letter to the corporate offices with my name, address, email address, telephone number, and dispute number, which they already obviously have…WHAT DOES THIS PROVE?!? They claim they can’t do anything without it…HOW DOES THAT INFO HELP?!? In ANY case I was promised my money, investigation or not!!!! Now they are saying ANOTHER 45 DAYS TO INVESTIGATE THOUGH THAT DOESNT MATTER AS PER THE EMAIL SENT!!! I just want my money!!!
