My complaint:

I pay my auto insurance with greendot car Geico took 231.42 off my card January 10 . I received a notice that my insurance would be canceled if i did not pay my bill . I spoke to them they said i have to call greendot they could send verification that the money was taken ive called greendot four different times spent hours on hold to be hung up on and nothing can get resolved. I need someone to help me with this problem

Suggested solution:

Send email or fax to ARFAX@Geico. com verification that they took the money it says on my transaction that they took the money with my policy number 60493874064

Hi I had experience Geico payment last February payment because I had double payment this month then I request too many time but they never refound this amount of $189 at money order so who’s take care of this matter already past 3 months but they never respond this matter, please help me
