My complaint:

I set up a bill on my account on Feb 8th today is Feb 13th I can’t get them to tell me where the money is or why they did not put it in my other account. Everytime I call I have to wait 39 minutes now it’s taking an hour for them to get on the phone

Suggested solution:

At least give me information where my money is or at least put it in the other account .
