My complaint:

I had tried to receive funds out of an ATM and didn’t receive any, yet I was still charged on my greendot card. I tried and tried multiple times to get in touch with greendot via phone, and email more than two and three times a day since Jan, 12th…I’ve sent email attachments of the transaction, location, and name of the business…still nothing yet. The amount was $200.00 in which I had to use my money for two bills.. they have been shut down due to non payments. I’m going through alot of mental stress and physical stress due to me being on disability and my ailments. Can someone PLEASE assist me in this matter?
