My complaint:

My email address and number has been removed from my account and I called green dot several times to get it done but they refused to attend to me.. I have lots to do but I don’t know who has access to my account and changed my details on it

Suggested solution:

They should just add my email and number to account back... Green dot should add the email and number I used to register on the account
