My complaint:
There is money missing from my account that has no transaction history or authorization of a purchase or fee. Plus I reported a card loststolen on the 10th of January 2021 and they never cancelled or replaced card I had to call back on the 17th and speak to them again during that time several purchases were made and I lost $150. I filed a dispute which was denied and purchases are still being made with cancelled card number
Suggested solution:
Greendot needs to refund my money and credit my account. Also provide proof of transactions for missing money
