My complaint:
Green dot closed my account for no reason because of a error on their behalf and can’t seem to tell me what error it was all I get from them is I’m sorry which is not good enough I have followed all rule by green dot so their for this should not have happen..
Suggested solution:
All I ask is that my card be reactivated asap and that this never happens again to me or anyone else for that matter.
