My complaint:
I used an online merchant, and paid them via my green dot account on 4 seperate occasions. I go back in to the mechant and try and request services again, using the same green dot card. I find out that Green dot has blocked that merchant. When I go to customer service for a resolution they tell me that merchant has been flagged for fraud, yet I never complined about them. I asked to have that unblocked as it’s my money that I pay them a fee to use, and they still tell me there is nothing they can do.
Suggested solution:
Unblock the merchant I requested, as I would like to use MY money where I choose.
