My complaint:
On Nov. 15, 2022 went to Walmart to get money from my direct deposit 194680823049 124303129 and when I received my money, was short $116. I was fuming! This card belong to my roommate apparently his card had unauthorized transactionsoverdrawn on it that Green Dot was investigating green dot took the liberty to take my money!; My name is not on his card and never used his card. I just needed a account to get my direct deposit. I am a victim of identity theft freud so that is why i used his account. I have been calling green dot numerous times but the customer service they have are terrible! I have written letters to Walmart, called Walmart girl said they would mail it and again nothing!! Wrote SSA and explained what happened along with my receipt of my money. Now, this has been going on since Nov 15 and I need my money!! I am a senior citizen 66 disabled on a very low fixed income! This has caused so much stress on me and it is not good for my health!! Please…somebody help me get my116.00 returned.
