My complaint:
Closed an account that had a balance and was told a check would be sent to me at my mailing address.
During a two week period I called numerous times to check on the status of the check and each time i was told they never got my documents and I. had to resubmit via email to them
Now being told the check will not be sent until they receive my ID and documents from whom I received the funds that was deposited into my account.
It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t got money yet. I’ve decided to go online and file this complaint.biz
Suggested solution:
Unblock the account immediately and restore my account balance immediately.
